As the day continues, I check in with our team—meeting with our owner and scheduler to stay updated on client needs. Sometimes I call families directly if care demands are changing or if they just need extra support. And if they’re missing a service—transportation, equipment, or anything else—I suggest resources that can ease their burden. Every moment is about making things a little easier for the families we serve.
