This course introduces non-medical caregivers to the nurse delegation process, helping them understand what tasks may be delegated and the legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities involved.
Caregivers will learn what types of tasks may be delegated and how those tasks are performed safely. In home care, some tasks may be delegated by a nurse under a physician’s orders, such as catheter maintenance.
