When You’re Coordinating Care, Every Gap Matters

Every coordinator has been there, a shift is about to start, and you’re not 100% sure if that caregiver is ready.
Learn2Care takes that worry off your plate for good.

The problem

Scheduling blind spots

You cannot schedule with confidence if you do not know who is qualified. Every morning turns into a hunt for training updates that should already be in front of you.

Real-time caregiver status visibility
The problem

Expired training

A missed renewal can pull a caregiver off the schedule fast. By the time you find out, the gap in coverage has already caused a problem you did not see coming.

Automated alerts before training lapses
The problem

Slow new hire readiness

New caregivers wait around while training plans get built by hand. Shifts go uncovered, and your whole team feels the strain during an already full week.

Instant onboarding paths for caregivers
The problem

Training doesn't fit the schedule

Caregivers work odd hours, and fixed training times just do not work. When training gets pushed aside, your team falls behind, and filling shifts gets harder.

Train on any device, any time, between shifts

Made for Coordinators Who Make Every Shift Work

See who is trained, catch renewals before they slip, and make sure every shift is covered without rushing at the last minute.

My client with dementia is refusing her bath. What should I do?
Try offering choices to give her a sense of control—'Would you prefer a bath now or after breakfast?' Use a calm, familiar routine and keep the bathroom warm before she enters. If she's still resistant, offer a gentle sponge bath if that’s approved in the care plan. This is often a valid alternative the care plan may allow. Her comfort and dignity come first.
That worked! She chose after breakfast 🙏
Great outcome. This approach — offering choice, not force — is one of the most effective dementia care techniques. You handled it exactly right.

What our customers are saying

Got a Question?

How does Learn2Care help me stay on top of caregiver certifications?

Learn2Care tracks every caregiver's training status for you. You get alerts 30, 14, and 7 days before anything runs out. Both you and the caregiver get a heads up, so renewals get done on time, and you do not have to track anyone down.

Can I assign training to a new hire right away?

Yes. The moment a new caregiver joins, you can assign a pre-built onboarding path in one click. They start training on day one on their phone, tablet, or computer, and you can track their progress from your dashboard.

Is Learn2Care built for my state's compliance rules?

Yes. Learn2Care covers 47 states. Courses are aligned with your state's training hours and renewal rules. You do not have to figure out what is required because it is already built in.

What if my caregivers are not good with technology?

No problem. The platform is simple and easy to use on any phone or tablet. Courses are short, and most take 30 minutes. Caregivers can train between shifts, at home, or anywhere they have a few minutes. No classroom needed.

How long does it take to get started?

Most agencies are up and running in just a few days. Setup is simple, support is included, and there are no long contracts. Your team will have their training paths ready before the first week is done.
